The actual shipping time was pretty quick, only 3 days from their facility to my door. The problem was just a logistical/system issue on their end getting the package shipped in the first place.
That sucks that it took so long for you. Their customer service was great for me. One of my fittings was slightly off (old vs new fittings),so all my stuff wasn't compatible, and they shipped me a new fitting right away to resolve the issue.

Yeah their reviews are generally quite good, so I'm sure this was just a one off experience. Not a big deal either way since I won't be using any of the products until spring rolls around. I think I was just frustrated with the lack of communication, but it wasn't really customer service's fault since they said it was a glitch or error in their system.
Has anyone used their quick detailer or foaming soap before? If so, what did you think of it?
