Default Leather Wear?

So my '10 RX has a little over 15,000 miles on it right now and I think my leather on the front two seats has been severely damaged from standing in the sun at school. So what can I do to fix my leather and to prevent this from happening again???
Thanks in Advance

Treat with Leatherique. Cover the seats or keep them out of the sun, are you using a windshield sunshade?

You should tint the windows limo, use a sunshade, and to fix the wrinkles, use what Lexus2000 said to use. Another thing to note, the wrinkles will be more noticeable on black seats. If the seats were tan, you might have not thought so much about it. Hope the leather cleans up.
