I had the local car wash carpet shampoo my floor mat 2 times. It cost $3.

The floor mat looks clean, but it still smells like crown! sweet, sweet crown.

I'm going to take it somewhere else later this week. I hope the mat is not damaged forever. Anyone know how much one single rear floor mat costs?

You can just dilute up laundry detergent and water. If you have gentler detergent like woolite give that a try.
You need to use cleaners that don't contain soaps. The soap will leave behind a film that will make the carpets a bit sticky and that will attract more dirt and grimme.

Mats usually come in a full set...but you may get lucky and be able to buy one from the dealer. My advice is to clean the carpets with a interior cleaner. Then allow the carpets to air dry outside of the car until the alcohol and crown smell goes away. Some baking soda will help and you'll have to vacuum that up once the smell goes away.

Use this spray...it's been one product I cannot do without since 1995. Spray the carpets, agitate with a bristle brush, then wipe clean with microfiber towel. Allow to air dry afterward.
