the dreaded license plate screw dents

how would i be able to fix this?
how much would it run me to get these 3 things poss. 4 not pictured fixed at a body shop?

i think you can remold the bumper cover if im not wrong.... i hit my bumper once... and now it's gone.. cos i requested it to be remolded and also painted.. so yeah
