fireworks residue on my car!!! Help !!!1

Default fireworks residue on my car!!! Help !!!1

hey ya'll,

my neighbors did a lot of fireworks last night and this morning my car was covered with fire work residue... does that crap come off after a car wash or are other solutions.

It should come off after a good wash. Just be sure to be gentle and rinse off a the 'shrapnel' of cardboard and plastic that also come down - don't pick it up in your wash mitt and scratch your paint.

You can use a mild de-greaser to get the residue off. Make sure you r car is cool and not in direct sunlight, spray it down with water, then the de-greaser ( I use Meguiar's Safe D-greaser mixed 50/50 with water) then spray it back down againto remove the residue, then wash like normal. This will most likely strip the wax off your car, so you will need to re-apply. Good luck!
