Default NXT-Greasy,need help...?

My paint is in excellent condition. If you see it inthe shade, even up close it looks perfect. But in the direct sunlight i am seeing a greasy film that make it look like swirl marks. I rewaxed and then even took a water bottle sprayed a panel at a time and wiped it dry to try and revove this. It seemed to work alittle but now i See those "swirl type light scratches" in the paint. The direct sunlight is killing me.
What do I do differently?????
Here is a pic

Was the paint cool when you applied NXT? You might have applied it too heavily. You can remove any excess with another coat. Apply as thin and even as possible and be sure to let it set for 30 minutes or more before removing.

You should not get NXT wet or use a QD on it for at least 12 hours after you apply it. NXT also looks better a few hours after you buff it off.
