Does anybody know if it work for all IS350? I spoke with my dealer and I was told that not all of the IS support it. They look up my VIN and said my car is not supported.

Sounds like it works on 2014-2015 IS models. What year model is your IS 350, Likin?

I was also told by my service department that it wasn't supported for my 2014 IS350.
