I didn't get a quote from Tein, a local suspension shop wanted $275 for both the rears. I ended up replacing with a JIC setup and the Tein's were left in storage. At the time, my GS was a daily driver, didn't have the luxury to let the car sit through a rebuild.

What's involved? I don't know the specifics, essentially the whole struct is torn down and rebuilt with new internals.

How was the ride when you had them installed?

Ride quality, when on softest setting is most similar stock GS430 *sport* ride. So it's compliant, but slightly firmer than stock.

With coilovers generally lasting 25-40k miles, I would be genuinely surprised if no shop in the continental US would offer a rebuild service on this. These aren't parts that you dispose of after they see their time on the road. Especially a brand such as Tein.

Either way, these are discounted heavily in an effort to compel the buyer to do some leg-work in rebuilding.

$310 ALL-IN shipped to continental US (costs me $60-90 depending on zone)

Send funds through F&F to save me fees or add 4%.
