Darrel, do you have any updates on Daizen products, especially the upper control arm bushings???

 

Has their been any updates on the "LX570 Remote Start – will test for compatibility to other models"

 

I just wanted to bump this thread and share my dealings with Sewell.

I need new control arm links for my 98 GS400.

Called Carson got their price (112.60 ea). Being in Cali I would have to pay sales tax and shipping or will call these (70 mi. rnd trip).

Called Sewell spoke to Reagan in parts.
She quoted me a higher price (134.24 ea) than Carson. I informed her of Carson's price on the part. She says we'll match it and called Carson to confirm my quoted price.

Reagan calls ME back to confirm the lower quoted price and that they can match.

Here's the real value:

1) They matched the local price from Carson and did the leg work
2) No sales tax ($16 savings)
3) FREE SHIPPING

Thanks to Sewell Lexus I saved alot of $$

FYI-Tustin Lexus offers these for $189.52 ea so you all can see the overall value these folks offer CL.

Doug, I believe Regan did a great job on this. She does very well. Over the past number of months, we've been made aware by Lexus Corporate there are a number of Toyota dealerships using the plug'n'play parts website, Trade Motion to which the Toyota dealers are choosing to offer significant savings over Lexus dealerships in the attempts to capture additional revenue from Lexus owners.

Well, we honestly feel Lexus owners should have the opportunity to conduct business directly with Sewell - two dealerships operating in Dallas and Fort Worth. By this, we feel it necessary to match any price given by our competitors.

While this takes a bit more effort on our part, we're finding our due diligence is paying off to Lexus owners such as yourself.

on the ipod integration, will it work with a 2006 IS350?

 

We are currently working on the iPod integration kit in relation to the compatibility with the iPhone as well as with the OE satellite radio. We'll know more shortly.


At this time, Lexus as suspended sales on the remote start due to quality/technical concerns. Usually this means Lexus is being proactive in resolving any potential or currents issues. By this, we have not had the ability to test fit these to other models. Again, we'll know more shortly.

Do you sell extended warranties? Is it true that I can purchase one at any time before the factory warranty expires? Is there any savings for ordering early? What's the cost of a 7year/100k no deductible warranty for an ISF?
