OEM 2011 Headlights, not DEPO! Everything is included, ballasts, bulbs, etc. High beam bulbs are LED.
One broken tab on driver upper, and slight hazing on upper corner of the lense. Minor scratches on bottom most corner of passenger light. Has the common bubbling issue, but forgot to take photos up close.
