Here are the pictures, the small piece that broke off goes under the weatherstrip and can't be seen. Still fully functional.

Those look like weathertechs that sit in the channel, never seen the Lexus brand but still a great price. I have a similar crack on mine and it doesn't make any difference in function or appearance. GLWS
