It most likely wasn't cleared and wet sanded. I had a CF roof spoiler similar to that before.

Yes, the spoiler is CF wrapped, under the wrap is painted starfire pearl white

i'm interested in the roof spoiler but will the wrap comes off without peeling the paint?

I don't think it will. My roof was wrapped in cf along with this spoiler & little bits have chipped on my roof wrap over the years without it taking the paint off with it

DVS, if you make sure to use a heat gun and slowly peel the wrap off, you should be good
