where are you located. is there anything wrong with the bumper and is it painted the factory silver.

I'm located in Whippany, NJ There is nothing wrong with the bumper at all it was just freshly painted 2 weeks ago and it is painted the factory 1G1 Tungsten Pearl Metallic Silver. The picture of it off of the car is before paint and the top picture was taken after it was freshly painted.
