i assume you removed the bolts so only double side tape?

I didn't plan on bolting it to my bumper. Just looking for local sale for now.
Price dropped to $200

The buyer that was suppose to come this weekend backed out so the lip is still for sale.

Mah bad....I realized you took out the bolts from the lip, I want to install it to my car with the bolts and drill to the bumper...
