Hi, since I sold my 13" LX, and I no longer need this key card, would let it go for $150 shipped.

If it came off his car, its obviously been programmed. And you can reprogram it at any dealership.

it can b programmed for any model Lexus 06 and above, the way u program it is exactly the same way u program ur key fob (states in car manual), its pretty simple to reprogram

Wrong, It's not simple to reprogram a key fob.
Adding a car key is simple and you could do it with your techStream but to reprogram the used key, you must wipe out all existing program and adding key by key (techstream couldn't generate new program from lexus's server) Cost to reprogram used key is $270+
