Wrong, It's not simple to reprogram a key fob.
Adding a car key is simple and you could do it with your techStream but to reprogram the used key, you must wipe out all existing program and adding key by key (techstream couldn't generate new program from lexus's server) Cost to reprogram used key is $270+
Please check with your dealer careful before leave commend on here.
