Default XM Satellite Radio Tuner Kit
Factory XM Satellite Radio Tuner, pulled from an '08 IS-F.

Comes with wire harness, grounding cable, metal bracket to encase tuner and keyless entry module, and tuner module itself. Installation manual can be provided as well.
