Default H & R Springs RWD LEXUS ISX50 FOR SALE
I have a set of H & R Springs off my 06 IS 350. These only fit REAR WHEEL DRIVE ISx50 . They have the tein silencer sleeves installed so there is no noise if the spring bottoms out. They are currently fully assembled on the oem shocks that have roughly 30-40k miles on them. The springs have under 15k on them. I am currently selling the springs for 190 shipped. I will dissassemble and send you just the springs. If you want the shocks, i will give them to you for free, but you will pay the additional cost of shipping. I recommend not using the shocks as they have some mileage (stated above). I put coilovers on my car and have no need for these anymore.
I will add pictures as soon as I have time and am willing to trade for parts if the right thing comes across.

yes they are the 52428 model. whats your zip code for shipping. It looks to be roughly 60 bucks to ship through ups or fedex but i cant pinpoint without an actual zip code.

No they aren't blown to my knowledge. They drove fine last time on my car. You can always put them on your oem shocks.
