***wtb 09' + f-sport rear sway bar***
 

Looking for a barely used F-Sport rear sway bar for my 09' IS350. Thanks!

Figured there would be a few of these floating around.

Just so you know it makes no difference wether the bar is for an 06/08/09/12 regardless of what people say

technically, it does make a difference.

for 2006-2008 ISx50's, the rear sway bar part number is PTR0253080, which come with the bar and the bushings.

for 2009+ ISx50's, the rear sway bar part number is PTR0253080KIT, which come with the bar, the bushings, and the brackets.

why? because the 2006-2008 ISx50's re-use the bushing brackets, and the 2009+ ISx50's don't.

so what does this mean? if you pick up PTR0253080, you'll have to pick up a pair of rear bushing brackets from the 2006-2008 ISx50 (48824R, P/N 4883030090).

But it doesn't change the bar itself, which is what the OP is looking for. Instead of limiting himself to buying a 09+ sway bar, I was trying to let him know any year would work. Ideally when you buy something used you want to change the bushings anyway. Excuse my confusion.


So OP you can buy any year bar, just make sure you purchase extra part number stated by projectdna above.
