Brand new Techstream cable with software

I got a brand new techstream cable for Toyota/Lexus. Basically got this to check the codes on my car and to turn off my DRL but didn't know it doesn't work for Mac. Therefore, I am selling it since I have no use for it.

I would like to add that this only works for windows XP or 7 32bit only

so you can turn off the drl on the isf with a laptop running windows 7? what else can this do?
