does the 2008 ISF tail and those new LED tail are direct swap, plug and play with no modification needed?

You would have to mod your trunk for your inner taillight. Use the search and you will find a couple threads about it. After you mod your trunk to fit the inner tail lights, which is just basically cutting out piece or hammering the piece in, everything is plug and play. On the other hand, IF you had a 2011 trunk, then no modification is needed for the ISF tail lights.

Noo. 2011 and 2012's are the same. I have a 2011 haha. I know what they look like. The picture you had were the 09-10 tails. I traded my 2011's so i'm positive.
Your best bet would probably be to sell these, then purchase a set of 2011's
I can't run around with no tails! Haha. Not in a rush or anything. Just waiting for the right moment. I traded mine so it'll come again. Hopefully. HahaZ
