Default WTB Rim w/o tire 2011 ISF

Wife hit a curb, it was the second time she drove my 2011 ISF. The insult to it all is she has a 2008 ISF I said to her " how can you hit the curb, you have the same F%$@#$& car." Price with shipping to Naples FL Thanks

You can get one from Sewell for $2021. (is.sewellparts.com).

You'll get a discount if you sign up on Sewell as a Club Lexus dealer.

How bad is the wheel? You might be able to have it refinished for a lot cheaper.

Yeah I'm thinking that too, to get it fixed. I wanted to see what if anything was out there. More of being pissed off about the idea that she hit the curb and has the same car. I have to see who is good in my local area for the repair. It's dinged, not crazy bad...bad enough to make you mad and you know it's not right and won't be right. The lip is smushed and ground off...for about 6 inches. Cleaning it up and some paint, it will work, but not the same as new.

Up here in NY, at most $250.00 Cash to refinish the wheel....seriously. That's the price to pay at a professional wheel shop. Forget buying a new one, and if you had to, maybe: http://www.finishlinewheels.com/LEXUS/IS-F/2011/

Just refinish it at a rim shop for $80.00 or so.

I would say get it refinished... Definitely cheaper than shelling out a few grand for just one wheel. If it's curb rash it will be easy to repair, if it's a dent in the wheel it may cause you to lose air in the tire, so that would cost more and be harder to fix.

Yeah if you were to buy the rim new, you can get a nice set of aftermarket rims. I say refinish or get new rims.

My wife curb rashed my 19" mayas on my GS400 back in the day. Don't think I'll let her drive my ISF unless an absolute emergency. Not to mention her scraping the entire passenger side of our 08 Highlander against a park car two months ago.. **** happens.. but it sure sucks.

Yeah I looked for Turbax, not near me (miami 100 plus miles away). I called the dealer for the guy they use. I talked to him, he seems ok. I'll meet up with him next week when he's at the Ford dealer near me. The guy said $75 - $125 is typical depending on how bad it is.

Wife sideswiped the garage with the MDX a few years back. If she wasn't such a good girl and smart she'd be outa here, plus she's a looker. She knows she's a bad driver and she can't cook either. She has other talents

I thought about new rims when I got the second ISF in March '11. But it's not the rims I bought the car for, we fought over the 08 ISF because its a fun car, I just can't let her drive mine I guess......as silly as that sounds.

It's all worth it if she's a looker and has other talents my friend.
