I'd be interested in them. I'd assume these will still fit with the standard bumper, and just extend out further, correct?

Correct, you can still use them with the stock bumper. They will only extend out about an inch further than stock. It's really the width that makes the difference here. looks like grasso hasnt sold his yet so purchase from him if you will.
