Can these be bought at autozone/walmart/pep boys? I know these arent the places you guys would normally go, but I remember seeing a bulb section whenever I go to pick up a battery.

cant usually get the colored bulbs at places like that. They pretty much sell the stock headlamp replacements and thats it.
