I'm not too sure if 06-10 headlights are all the same, it would be nice if someone could provide that info.

06-10 are the same, although some claim the projector lens is different.

I have exactly what you need from my 09 IS350, driverside headlight with HID and AFS. Two of the tabs are broken though when an object hit my bumper, but only the tabs were affected. The housing is ok, no cracks, lens is clear and have little to no rockchips. I epoxied the tabs back and it held fine, drove around with it for about a month through rain and it holds up fine with no leaks or condensation getting inside. If the broken tabs bother you, Lexus sells replacement tabs that screws on in its place. It doesnt have any bulbs or the two dust covers though, my replacement didn't come with any. It does come with the ballast. Let me know if youre interested.
