Default FS: VaisTech SL2i-UP iPod Integration Kit

I'm selling my <6 month old VaisTech SL2i-UP iPod integration kit. It comes with the original box and everything. The unit was professionally installed and uninstalled - no damage or problems whatsoever. Looking for $120 shipped (MSRP is $220).

Pics of the unit:

Description from VaisTech's website:

SoundLinQ2 SL2i-UP is our second-generation iPod integration system. It still delivers full functionality for your iPod™ - it just does so in a much smaller unit.

Functions include touch screen and steering wheel control, and easy-to-read, expanded 26-character display. You can even browse by song title or playlist right through your vehicle's audio system controls.

If you're sporting a fifth generation navigation system, the SL2i-UP broadens browsing options to include playlist, artist, album, genre, audiobook, podcast. It also incorporates our new state of the art noise canceling technology for incredible sound clarity.

The SL2i-UP provides direct plug-and-play connection for most Toyota and Lexus vehicles 2001 and newer with and without a Navigation system. No more cassette adaptors, FM transmitters, or cigarette lighter chargers. With the SoundLinQ2 SL2i-UP, you can enjoy clear, genuine high quality sound through your factory audio system.

Our unique SoundLinQ2 technology doesn't affect factory-installed components such as 6-disc CD changer, CD/DVD changer or satellite radio. When you connect SL2i-UP to the audio system, your vehicle recognizes it as an additional OEM CD changer, MD changer or MP3 audio device. And since the SoundLinQ2 system utilizes the factory audio system connectors, it installs easily without compromising your vehicle's warranty.

^ Cool, LMK! The module fits right under the shifter plate in a 2IS so it's totally concealed. If you want to have the iPod cable running to your center storage compartment we can just swap parts since I have a little hole and grommet for the cable already.

The SL2iC (the new unit) and the SL2i-UP have identical sound quality. "iPod Out" basically gives you a cool graphical interface - it doesn't affect sound quality. If you want better sound you'll need to shell out ~$500 for the ML+. If you don't have Mark Levinson audio, I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference between ML+ and the SL2iC/SL2i-UP. However, the difference going from AUX cable to iPod integration is pretty drastic.

Got a few interested parties - first person to send $120 gets it!

It's not much to look at, but sure. Pics added to the first post. There's a piece of foam padding that was taped around the unit so that it would sit snug underneath the shifter cover. I figure the new owner might install it in the same location so left the padding on as a courtesy.
