Up for sale is a Mark Levinson DVD Changer UNIT ONLY. No nav screen.

This is from my 06 IS350. I replaced my unit because the DVD changer just stopped responding. It worked off and on and then just stopped. Everything else works fine. All lights function, on off integrates with everything. Basically the dvd changer function just stopped working. Cycles through all modes just fine. Radio, Aux, Sat all work fine.

I'm not sure how much this would go for, but for anyone who is interested make me an offer. Either someone can find a way to fix it, or use it for a project. Or perhaps swap it at the dealer in a core exchange.

i had the same exact problem on mine... bought a replacement on ebay for 400, then sold my broken one for 250 on ebay. Good luck with sale

so it just wont play the cds or eject them?

Yes. Something is wrong with the changer mechanism. No clue what it is. Wont eject and wont play cds in the changer right now. It just skips over the changer right now when you cycle through modes. Aux, AM, FM, and SAT channels all work fine.

I don't really know if it would be a plug and play install. Yes this would add dvd capability, but no clue on if the connections are the same or not. BUT, you would have to get the cd changer fixed before you could play dvds. Its definitely not the laser, as it was reading cds and dvds fine before the changer stopped ejecting discs. But you'd have to either figure out a way to fix that or get it fixed.

is it still in the car? an easy way to fix this is hold in the eject button and slide a credit card into the cd slot. this should fix the problem. A few people had an issue with it on their GS and this fixed the problem. If it fixes the problem, you can probably sell it for double what your asking. If not, sell it to me for 200 and i'll fix it lol.

Trust me, I tried all that when first battling the problem. The cd door is closed. Its next to impossible to pry it open. A cd isn't simply jammed there. Something it wrong with the mechnism inside. Probably has to do with the lifter mechanism.

as it stands though, I just sold it on ebay for $175.... so no biggie. If someone else can fix it, their gain.
