haha kenny there are two people in the hunt right now and alvin is definitely one of them. joseph, i think the drive from sacramento might be a bit too much just for this. it's like a 2 and a half hour drive?? i think at the moment, i've got two people interested in it already and they can both do it either today or tomorrow and both are about 15 minutes from me. if both back out however, i'll let you know
