Hey guys looking for someone to trade '06 taillights for a set of '09 taillights,
mine are in excellent condition no crack, damage nor swirls,
will put some cash on my end if need be.
My one question is if I would need to make any mods on my
06 to make the '09 work?

Will post pics of mine in a few hrs...

Putting 2009 tails on pre2009 cars isn't hard. The only modification you'll need to do is bend/hammer/cut a piece of on the inner trunk. Its self explanatory when you try it.

so if you put a older model tail lights on a 09 model one , do you have to mod anything ??

I honestly do not know but I wouldnt think since the
mod that you have to do is on the 06-08 IS by bagging on the
rear to make them fit oppose to the 09 models have that
ding on them already? but again I dont know...
