But I'm pretty sure everyone here knows what stock side skirts are all about. I still have them sitting around in my house from my old ride, and want to rid them of my parts in storage already!!!!

OK, I paid for these side skirts with paypal on March 12, 2009.
Today is April 10 and I still have not received these parts. At first he said he didnt see my payment on his paypal account. Than he said he is busy but will ship em next day in the morning.............. and now he just does not respond to my massages anymore.
So whats the deal here ExclusivIS???????????
