Not unless you emailed him in January... That's when he was supposed to get me a shipping quote and then a few weeks later, he emailed me again apologizing for the delay and he promised me a quote soon. Then I never heard from him after that. Oh well, I'm sure it just got lost in the jumble of his move, but it was kind of frustrating especially since he told me I had dibs.

Well you do know that according to the classified rules
"2. No "Dibs"; calling dibs means absolutely nothing. Who gets the item is the seller's discretion as long as they are not running an auction-style sale. They can reject low offers or even at-asking-price offers based on a number of parameters including first person to send funds, prior experience with buyer, local buyers, etc."

Sorry, should have rephrased. I didn't actually call dibs. I emailed him telling him I'd take it, just needed a shipping price so I'd know how much to pay him. He said he'd get it, and then I never heard back from him. He even said "don't worry, it's yours." So I was waiting around to hear back from him so I could pay him. I sent him a few more emails and then never heard back from him. No worries though, I know he was incredibly busy at the time. I just wish he had at least emailed me back letting me know the situation or emailed me before reposting it up for sale. Now I just need to find someone else sellling the spoiler.
