The filter cleaned last month when I removed the intake from my wife car. Im trying to sell my wife car so she can get BMW 1 series.

in arcadia.....near the horse race tracks (santa anita race tracks and
irwindale speedway).

does it fit 06 is 250?

im not sure it will fit is250. you are welcome to it on your car before you buy it.
