They fit on all model years. Only difference is if you have the sport pkg on an '06, they're plug and play. If you don't have sport pkg, you'll have to do some wiring to get them to work. From what I've heard, the wiring isn't that difficult to do. You can do a search on here for the wiring thread. Seach under "illuminated sill install" or something like that.
I'm not sure whether the '07 and '08 still require you to do the wiring w/o sport pkg.
