yes plug n play. there are more wires than usual but its pretty easy to setup

fogs are not for sale. i sold them a while ago.

these are not oem that comes w/ the 350. These the Xenon Depot Phillips HID Kit. Both Ballasts and bulbs are phillips.

rebased means Xenon Depot took OEM phillips bulbs and made it fit to any bulb size. They usually come in D2R or D2s but the took the bulb and put it on H11 bases.
