These springs will work perfectly fine with any RWD IS 250's.
And for the wheels, I believe they are DCR Laguna Seca's or something like that.

The IS 350 uses the same OEM springs as the RWD IS 250's.
Oh, and Eibach's IS 250 springs are more aggressive than their IS 350 springs.
So I'm sure the IS 250 or 350 doesn't mean anything with these springs.
