I just don't want to buy something and not really be happy with it. the t/c would be great. still up in the air about the lsd, anyone with these sitting around.

From what I understand, the 3.76 gearing in the RMM Diff. is geared too low for a FI GS, supposedly the car will hit the rev limiter due to the lower gearing. Without FI, the gears are great in the car. This is all hearsay, I will have some personal experience with it shortly. This is why I havent put the diff up for sale as of yet, It might work fine...I will see soon.

From what I know, the 94 Supra TT uses a 3.76 gearing. I'm getting one of those for my setup when I put on my FI kit. Or you could go w/ a TRD LSD w/ a 3.27 gearing but you'll have to wait 2 months to get those from Japan. That's what Steve told me.

Cong, your exactly right about the Supra TT rear, it is 3.76 gears. Hopefully what I have will be fine with the 3.76, we'll see.

With the PI TC and an LSD which retains stock gearing, I can easily roast my tires from a stop. With the 3.76 gearing this is an even easier task [RMMGS4 has this combination]. With the extra torque that a SC or Turbo provides you will find yourself extremely traction limited. And with the wider powerband, the stock gearing is a better fit. But there's no real harm in seeing how it works for you -- you may enjoy roasting your tires at 1/3 throttle.

Actually, that is something I had not considered. I am running ultralight 18's [bit over 16# per corner] which helps. If you are running [heavier] 20's perhaps the 3.76 gearing would be ok. And my understanding is that the problem with the rev limiter is marginal -- since the diameter of the 20's is larger than the stock setup, perhaps the rev limiter problem won't be a problem.
