Default FS: New Do-Luck Floor Supporting Bars for 98 + GS

Hi all,

I have a set of BRAND NEW Do-Luck steel floor supporting bars for 98+ GS. This application is designed to stiffen the chassis for front to back movement. While strut bars stiffen the chassis for left to right movement the Floor Support Bars assist with stiffen the chassis for hard acceleration and braking. I was amazed by the quality of the craftmanship. I had waited 3 months for Do-Luck Japan to make and ship.

I imported these rare bars from Japan as they are very rare in America. So Cal member can pick them up for $400 (no tax) at TMEngineering and even have Todd install the part for you. I can ask him for a special installation discount.

For people who are concerned about the ride quality, this modification will not change much of the ride quality but yet improve the handling. Great for the guys who have a family.

This is truly one of the rare JDM parts for car enthusiasts. The bars fit 98+ GS300/400/430. They go under the car (not inside the car) along the sides. Unlike Tom's rear LCB, no matter what kind of exhaust system you have, they will fit. They work great specially if you have front and rear lower chassis braces.

I have over 60 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative feedbacks on eBay and have known Todd in person for over 4 years. The bars are at his shop (TMEngineering at Carson) and you are free to check them out.

If you have any question, do not hesitate to PM me. Thank you for looking.

*****NEW LOWER PRICE*****
$375 for pick up!

Any reason why you are selling? It sounds like it added to handling. Were there negatives to having them on there?

Neo,

No reason really. I just don't want them anymore. I couldn't think of any negative for having these.

BTW, we tested your 18" L-tuned rims on my Stoptech kit last week. It fits.

I dont mean to get off topic on you thread, but the 18" L Tuend wheels fit over the Stoptechs with no spacers? Do you have the 14" kit? I need some winter shoes in the near future, this would be a good option.

Thanks a lot RAristo. Todd told me. Can't wait.

Hi TTurboPimp, I am hoping you are enjoying your brakes.

If what Todd told me is true (and RAristo just verified), it will fit with no spacers. I was going to get them based on the template fitting but this is just the extra verification I wanted. Nothing beats the actual wheel on top of the actual brakes. RAristo has the 14" kit and I asked him and Todd that if RAristo was ever at the shop, they can check for me. Todd has a set of L-Tuned wheels too. This is just how great a community like this can be.

The brakes should be coming mid to end of August if no unexpected snags come up. You should also see a few other 355s at that time or soon after that. I won't let out of the bag who but everyone is pretty excited. Obviously you know the feeling.

They are two very thick and rigid silver painted steel bars that go along the side skirts and underneath the car. I don't have the picture but I could ask Todd to take one for me.

Do you know how easy the install is or if there are instructions? Would most competent mechanics be able to install them?

Sure. They are bolt-on. Unfortunately there was no instruction came along with the bars. I am currently working to get the instruction. But even if I have it, it will still be Japanese. To be honest with you, you don't need an instruction to install these bars. It's very straight forward.
