400DGRZ sold me a stock unit in which I am having rebuilt, thank you! Mods can close.

Per your suggestion, I talked to Todd at PI. He said the common 2800 was good for my mods, thanks!

If you are interested in having one rebuilt to the specs you need, I have a stock GS400 torque converter with 125k miles that I'll let go for a good price. This way you wouldn't have any down time.
