Would this work with my car if my stock wheel has the up and down buttons?

Yes, it will fit as long as your GS is an 01-05. You just have to transfer over the parts from one steering wheel to the other, minus the e-shift buttons..

Do you know if it will throw any codes if I don't plug in the E shift wires? I'm interested for sure..

Do you have any of the other parts that would go with the wheel (plastic rear cover, internals etc) or is it just skeletized as is?
