Hello and Humble Greetings to the Group,

Looking HARD for a 1999/2000 GS400, <50K, Silver on Black interior, all options, with Nakamichi AND Navigation, which I may upgrade to a 2002 system (if that's possible - is it?). Live in California, but will buy/ship from anywhere.

Also plan on doing a TON of modification action, INSPIRED BY ALL OF YOU, thank you very much.

Would love any leads and/or suggestions...

I just checked AUTOTRADER.COM for 99-00 GS400 in all areas and found many silver GS400s. Have fun looking for your new toy.

You will look until you die, you will never find that car. There is no such thing as Navigation AND Nak in one car. It was one option or the other, until 2001 when the GS430 came out and you could order it with Nav AND Mark Lev.

I'd take the NAV in a heartbeat, as I did. You can always upgrade the radio.

I was just about to post that. Funny, I have a silver on black GS400 myself. 1999 with 50,300 miles. It has Nakamichi though, not nav.

my 98 silver/black has the nav, and although the stereo is very subpar in my opinion (relative to the $800 alpine total system in my 4runner) the navigation is a total GODSEND. as stated, one can update the stereo, but it is VERY expensive, about 2k for a basic upgrade, as supposedly, the standard system is already so good. the navigation definetely raises the resale, as i'm sure you have found out. good luck.
