For sale is a front catalytic convertor with low miles from a crashed 04 ls430.
Has some scrapes, but will not affect performance. Bought this for my sc430, but the issues were something else, so it's up for sale. $140 shipped. These are very expensive piece and is hard to find.
Will fit ls430, sc430 and gs430.

No it will not. Yours is a straight six cylinder engine. This is for a v8

I'm all for people saving a buck, God knows I've needed to. But the statement was aimed towards you so you dont get in trouble, I think I'm being a nice guy to someone I dont know. I'll also state that a muffler shop most likely wont do the install and chance getting caught. Its just a friendly caveat.
