These are (I'm my experience) impossible to pull of the car once on, virtually zero removal tool space.

The gas door is 1 piece including the hinge. It is rivited onto the body of the car. You must drill out the 2 rivets. After that, you have to rivet it back in, not a small home depot rivet tool, but a heavy duty/large one which can be found at harbor freight.
