FS: TEIN CS V2 Coilovers

Used TEIN CS V2 Coilovers up for sale for $800. I bought the Teins used with only a few thousand miles on them for my 2001 GS430 and I never got a chance to install them. They came from a shop that decided to go with an air suspension instead of coilovers. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in Los Angeles area.

Moderators, you can see my vouch from the previous for sale thread. I hope this is good enough. Thanks

I haven't installed these so I can't say how low they can go, but according to the reviews, they don't go that low. So if you are looking for the slammed look, these are not coils you want.

Sorry to ask a REPEATED-question (probably)- but will the Megan LP's go lower than the Tein CS's, or are they about the same?

Thanks

Are you willing to ship?

Rockero28 04-16-12 05:09 PM

How do these compare to the Flex kit in ride and lowering distance?

Thanks,
Rock

CS don't give you the slammed look. But I remember seeing shorter springs sold separately, Just don't remember the which site.

shurian 04-17-12 10:29 PM

Megans go lower then Tein CS

So if I don't want the "slammed" look, just want to have to lowered to say 1" gap front and maybe 1.75" gap rear.... like how I had my Flex, will these allow me to lower it to that? I don't want it dragging on the ground. Just lower all around and to get rid of that huge OEM gap up front. Basically lower up front than the rear.

Thanks,
Rock

shurian 04-18-12 11:19 PM

All this info u can check on Tein website , u can lower up to 2.5 inch front and 2.2 inch rear
