Default The Ultimate high HP GS400 part out.....TWIN TURBO, BUILT MOTOR, ETC, new price drop

****NEW YEARS PRICE DROP*****THIS IS THE LOWEST PRICE EVER ON THIS SITE FOR A TWIN TURBO GS KIT**** BUILT MOTOR FOR LESS THAN THE COST OF THE PARTS TO BUILD IT***

Ok fellas.....I was trying to sell my car, I have now changed directions. I am selling my entire set up from my Twin Turbo GS400. This is a rare opportunity to get some items that are not available from the bolt on market place. I have a rediculous amount of money into these items, and the hit I am taking is very large.

To clarify a few questions up front.

1) there is absolutely nothing wrong with any of the items. They all are in 100% working condition, all have only a few thousand miles on them. The set up is still in my car, running perfectly, and can be driven to feel the power first hand from now until the time either the TT kit or motor sells, then it will be pulled out within a week and shipped.

2) Can the twin turbo kit be installed on a car without a built motor. The answer is yes, you just have to keep the boost in the 8 to 9 psi range. One of my old TT set ups put down in the 400rwhp range on a stock motor and stock tranny. Obviously a built motor will allow you to put down more HP at a higher boost. I am running 17 to 18lbs of boost on pump gas. That put down 569rwhp with a TH400 tranny (which is known to rob about 30% power on a dyno).

3) do I need a built tranny. Not if you are running the obove mentioned boost. Would a built tranny be more stout in the long run....of course.

4) do I need an engine management system. You should use some sort of piggy back management, but you will not need a stand alone at the 8 to 9 psi of boost. If you go all out like I did, you need a stand alone. I am going to be offering my Haltech E11 with the current map to anyone who buys the items above.

Ok, here goes:

SRT very very rare Twin Turbo set up. SRT initially did their TT kits for a few guys. They then went to a cleaner and better new set up, which is what is on my car. Only myself and one other guy from maryland had this set up. If you were to buy this set up from SRT, you would easily be paying double the amount and you would be waiting for well over a year to get it done, thats if they will even do it anymore. It is all custom, no off the shelf manifolds, etc, etc.

It consists of the following:

_ Precision (Twin) GT32-55 Turbochargers (polished housings)
_ Tial (Twin) 38mm Wastegates
_open wastegate dump pipes
_ Blitz (dual) Blowoff Valves
_ Burns Stainless T304 powder coated intercooler piping
_ Burns Stainless T304 SS Mandrel-Bent Down Pipe(ceramic coated)
_ Burns Stainless T321 S Turbo Manifolds (ceramic coated)
_ Burns Polished 3.5in. Aluminum Intake Pipe
_ Caterpillar SS Braided Turbo return lines
_twin air filters

This is the complete kit minus the front mount intercooler, you can easily have one made to use the supplied intercooler piping.

I am selling the complete set up for .....[B]NEW PRICE.....$3700[/B ********TT KIT IS SOLD********]

Here is a pic of the piece of art.....

Next up.....fully built and balanced 1UZ motor. This motor was built from the ground up, everything was fresh. Now has less than 3k miles on it.
specs on the motor:
_ 750 cc/min. Fuel Injectors
_ NGK Platinum Race Plugs
_ Ross Forged Pistons
_ Cunningham Forged Rods
_ Toyota Forged Crank
_ SRT Ported and Polished Heads
_ Titanium valve springs / Retainers / Seats
_ ARP Hardware
_ Accufab 85mm throttle-body
_ Chrome plated manifold, timing gear covers, and valve covers

I am selling for....NEW PRICE..... $3,500......
.*******.MOTOR IS SOLD******

Next up:
V160 to 1UZ adapter plates and clutch set up
This is the TTC Performance adapter plates (sell for $500 new), and Quarter Masters dual plate clutch (sells for $2199 new).
Here is a link to pics of the set up form their site
http://ttcperformanceproducts.com/mksuv8co.html

For those that want to convert their 1UZ to a 6 speed, this is the main parts of the equation. Add the tranny, pedals, and master and your good to go.
I am selling the clutch/ adapter set up for a killer deal. $2700 worth of parts new, i am selling for $1100 slightly used.
*******CLUTCH AND ADAPTER PLATES ARE SOLD*****

next up...........
V160 to 1UZ custom aluminum flywheel with pressed ring gear. This is a custom piece that took me over a year to recieve. This is not part of the above set up. I had this made just so I could have the option run any off the shelf supra clutch that I wanted to. I paid $1350 for this flywheel. I am selling it for $700.
******FLYWHEEL IS SOLD******

next up ..........
Haltech E11v2 stand alone ECU with custom SRT map that is tuned for my set up. If you are interested in buying the TT kit and planning on running big boost, this would be perfect for you as it already has the map for the set up. It would save you $500 or so on dyno time for tuning if goin all out with high boost. These sell for $1900 new without the map. I will sell it for $1200 already loaded.

Last but not least..........
Race logic traction control...this is the mack daddy of traction control devices. Selling for $800
******RACE LOGIC IS SOLD******

I have access to have any of these items shipped, motor included. The price for shipping is not included in the above, but we can work it out fairly inexpensively. I have shipping hook ups.

Ok, thats it for now. If you have any serious questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks

I think that everything is priced pretty fairly......Im always open to package pricing for sure. The reality of it is I know that I will not get a 1/3rd of what I have into it. Itgs either sell the car built, or sell the parts and put it back to stock to let it go. Either way IM losing out big time, it is what it is......but Ive had this car for 6 years of playing with it, time to move on.

Here's a good read from another site that gives you an idea on what you can run on a stock motor, whats possible on a built motor, etc, etc.....

This substantiates what I was saying about being able to run the turbo kit on a stock motor at 8 to 9psi safely. My motor is the 8.5:1 by the way, allowing the high boost, thus the numbers im putting down. You can also get an idea on the cost of building a motor ( their numbers are low to me), and compare all of the ohter things I have done to mine. Shows you the deal that im offering.

The first generation of 1UZFE engine has a static compression ratio of 10.4:1. This compression ratio is perfectly fine for the natural aspirated function. However, for some horse power junkies, that is not a good compression for power adders. Lower compression is a boost friendly setup, because lowering engine compression we can increase more boost. For example, the stock 10:1 compression is good for about 8-9 psi with well tuned engine. However, with lower compression like 8.5:1, we can run up to 15-18 psi with proper tuning.

There few ways to lower compression. The best way of course is to get some dish pistons. The dish pistons have concave surfer that allow great volume in the combustion chamber therefore lowering the static compression ratio. To do this, it will take about $800 for the pistons and around $1000-1500 for the labor. This would be the optimal choice. However, not everyone are willing to spend that amount of money. Here are some other revenues we can take to lower the static compression.

1. THICKER GASKETS: Thick gaskets will increase the combustion chamber therefore decreasing the compression ratio. From my personal research, the oem 1UZFE gaskets are.051". There are many ways to lower compression, one of the easiest & cheapest way is to change to thicker head gaskets. I have talked to many gasket makers and one thing they can concluded is that about 1 static compression lower with every .025" thicker. With .093" of head gasket, we are looking at around 8.72:1. Lower compression or decompression is highly desire in forced induction applications. This is a special order gasket from SCE Gaskets. This gasket is specifically make for the 1UZFE engine. Currently, copper is the only head gasket available that is thicker than OEM head gasket. The best way to lower static compression ratio for high boost is obviously to get some JE Pistons. Here is a picture of the SCE Copper .093" gasket.

I'm actually going to fabricate the whole TT kit myself. I was mainly just looking to get some engine pistons/rods & cams.
