FS: 2JZ Built and Ported Head w/ Crower 272 & VVTi Delete
As the title says. This is a 2JZ-GE VVTi(with VVTi deleted) head that is fresh back from the machine shop. The head has been machined to fit the non-VVTi 2JZ Crower 272 camshafts.
Was going to use this in one of my other cars, but I'm abandoning a few of the 2JZ projects so I can pursue a V10 TT project
Selling for $1200 + shipping. Should range around $40-60 depending on your location. It is pretty heavy at around 60lbs or so with the camshafts in it.
It had the following done to it:
- Hot tanked and cleaned up.
- 3 angle valve job. Grind valve seats & valves.
- Vacuum and pressure test valves.
- Port intake and exhaust ports. Gains a LOT more flow.
- Surface head/headgasket mating surface.
- Wash entire head in high temp pressure washer.
- Install all valves, springs, and retainers.
It has the stock valves, stock springs, stock retainers, and also the crower 272 non-vvti cams.
The price listed is for a head with the stock stuff + Crower 272s. If you want to upgrade to Brian Crower springs and retainers, I can do that for $350 on top. Basically just how much it will cost me to order them and pay the shop to install them. No extra surcharge on top.
