I have a set on my car, that i am taking off. Complete, no damage. Bulbs and ballasts included. I have a set of Philips d2r installed, but can get you the philips ultinons if you want them in the price. I am asking $350. The headlights are in great shape, no damage, just the usual road wear, but I was told at my car wash they can be buffed out. No broken tabs of any kind. They were the green tinted ones, but they appear to kinda fade as time goes by. They are about 3 years old and have no cracks or damage to the lens. Or you can buy my brand new set of green in boxes for $750. They come complete with the bulbs, ballasts, and covers.
