Are you sure that this y-pipe will fit the 2GS? From the looks of it, it looks to be for the IS300 application and in order for it to work, you would need to cut and extend the lower portion near the resonator and then heat the pipe up where the bends are and bend it out to fit. I just wanted to make sure because if it did fit my GS300, I'd jump on it.

no its a GS300 one, i also have an is300 on my car..they are different, this is off my sisters car!

made it a tad louder with the aftermarket axle back exhaust, as far as HP, maybe 2-3hp at most, never dyno'd it
