No I don't have his cell number... I so-called bought the roof spoiler from him, but since 7/13/2010 I haven't heard from him, nor I have received what I bought from him.
on paypal there should be a option that says
file a dispute.. then you explain what happened and paypal will look into it and you should get your money back.. but it will take up to a month.. do it now before its too late

Be very careful using PAYPAL when someone pays thru CREDIT CARD.. always request from checking account or Echeck...NEVER CREDIT CARD purchase...if buyer decides to do a Charge back PAYPAL WILL screw you. BEWARE

I thought this would have been a simple breakdown in communication but since you say you last heard from him on 7/13, this may be more than that. It's almost August and no word from him since. For the record you may also want to notify the mods about this transaction. Best of luck in the dispute process and getting either your merchandise or money back.
