Default rmm supercharger kit

i am looking at selling my supercharger kit off my 98 gs 400. This is one of only 9 of the kits accounted for right now one of only 25 ever made. I have lots of extras with this and i will also add the split sec ftc1 for tuning. with all the software for tuning and a apexi egt gauge. i also added a oil filter sandwich for oil feed to supercharger. i also just replaced the supercharger unit with a new polished one from vortec cost me 2000 just for that. this is same kit ryno tryed to sell for 9000 a few years back but i ended up buying the whole car from him. the supercharger he had in here had a crack in the case and the front seal went out very quick on me i spent a lot to get this set up right but i want a stick transmission and to do it on the lex lotor is just too much custom parts involved so i have decided to go with the lsx motor and t-56 trans i am looking to get 6,000 for the kit firm plus shipping remember you have to pay to play this mod is not for everyone... please pm me if interested serious buyers only. and dont tell me they have gone for 4500 i dont care! they didnt have a brand new supercharger on them with all the extras mine has...

i will only have this up for two weeks if by that time no one has shown any interest i will take this back off and just put in a r154 five speed instead and have the only five speed supercharged gs around but since i put this up i will wait two weeks just to see i would perfer to go the lsx route but am not going to wait forever to finish my car and plan on getting the pedal assembly this week to start the swap. so dont let this chance pass you by....

What comes with this kit besides the supercharger, EMS and oil filter sandwich? Are injectors, fuel pump or intercooler included as well?

Yeah, I hope everything comes with it because SRT (Swift Racing Technologies) quoted me $8K for a one-off kit with everything that an SC kit would need; fuel pump, ems, larger injectors, different sized pulleys, intercooler, colder spark plugs as well as a VB upgrade and a couple of other small tranny mods. This includes installation and tuning!!! Everything brand new of course.

GL with your sale for a VERY hot (and rare) item but in this economy it would be difficult to get $6K for any supercharger kit.

BTW, I am not trying to kill your thread...I have seen this MANY times where members chime in on other's for sale threads giving them a heads up on current market prices so that their sale could be more competitive.

lq9 just has higher compression and extra 25hp then when you throw on l92 heads on you get even better results i have been doing my home work on these motors parts are so much cheaper than our lexus motors. and far more abundant too.

Yes, but unless you plan on doing a forged bottom end to lower comp. ratio on the LQ9 it won't handle as much boost as the 4. If you're not going to boost it, save about 65 lbs off the nose, and do an alum. block. If you're planning on adding boost very simply the 4s can make 650 rwhp without pulling a valve cover.

Since you're starting your research and poking around in the engine bay some, see if flipping some stock manifolds would work on these cars to put the turbo up front like a lot of the Camaro guys do.
-durable cast manifolds that still flow well
-short hot and cold side plumbing
-saves A LOT of $$ vs. building tube headers

I'll be following this one!
