Sorry, bad heading, 2001 GS430 Headlights w/HID for sale.

Okay I'm going to try this and be as detailed as possible.

I have a set of HID headlights that I want to try and sell. The headlights weren't too hazey. Too me they didn't look that bad until I compared them to new ones. Anyways the driver side light did get condensation in it from time to time. The passenger didn't for as long as I had it, which was only 4 weeks.

Both headlights worked before removing. The bulb/ballast are still attached along with the leveler on the driver headlight. I don't think there is one on the passenger headlight (correct me if I'm wrong). Both headlights have the inner tab broken. Well one is cracked and the other is broken off. All other tabs are in good condition. I took pics of everything I saw that may be wrong with them.

I was told I could sell them for $500+. Since I don't know how true that is, what I'm going to do is take offers. Highest offer can take them. I will be fair as possible since they are used and damaged, but they do still have the bulbs/ballast and leveler. So please be fair with me.

I will be leaving out of town (Florida now) and be in San Antonio, TX for 2 months. So if you want to buy them and are close to there, we can meet up or I can ship from there as it might be cheaper. Let me know.

I know I haven't sold anything on here, but I do have a confirmed Paypal account.

u gonna need a vouch ALSO u wont get 500 for them. can buy new ones from sewell for 450ish a set...they just wont come with the HIDS,ballasts, or leveler ecu but still they new for under 460

went to go look for the link to it from sewell but it seems they finally launched their new site and i cant seem to locate the search bar

No I wasn't expecting $500, that was just what someone told me. Maybe $350 or so was what I was thinking. But at Carson Toyota they are even like $1300 a piece, so how are they $450 for a set at Sewell? Not trying to argue about it, just curious.

So how do you get someone to vouch for you? I don't know anyone on this site.

true about 1300 for the driver side since it has the ballast and leveler.. i kno for a fact cuz i got my from a local dealer after my headlight was hit. they ended up replacing the whole unit... i doubt you'll get anywhere near 500 for those light in that condition. maybe 3 at the most

Yeah I hear ya. I'm taking offers right now. If I could get around $300, that would be great. So come on guys..what do you say?

Another question, do you think I would have a better chance on ebay? Like if I sold them for $150 a piece?

SIGH....i dont like the new sewell site. it has NO search bar....

they were/are DEF listed as 450+ free next day air shipping for green tint headlights WITH or WITHOUT HIDS. i been saving this secret for months and noone seemed to ever have noticed it. wish i woulda saved the link now.i even emailed the link to someone in the last month.

doubt what you want tom.....as for buying/selling i shouldn't be the one you should EVER doubt. trust me sewell's site said 450ish + free NDA

yeah im sure the headlights with the bulbs/ballasts/levelers were close to 1100 or so but as i said the ones on sewell DIDN'T come with the ballasts/bulbs/ or levelers

well, they dont actually have a search.. weird I know. I jkust went to the quick shop link and typed the part #. Price came back 349 and if I entered 2< as in qty of 2, it doubled the price.. free shhip. For the record I will be selling mine too I think.

hmmm thats weird. i used that too..might have to call bout that. as the one i showed before it DEF showed a SET for the price i showed. guess i shoulda bought them when i saw it
